My Backyard
I didn't have time to find a decent composition before the wonderful light went away; this is the view from my bedroom window.

Memorial, Manzanar Internment Camp
I'd meant to blog this on Dec. 7th, with some bit of poignant commentary along the lines of the tarnished legacy of World War II. How the internment of American citizens of Japanese descent marred what could otherwise be considered a righteous fight; and I might, some day. For now, here's a photo.
It's an old one; shot in 2000 when I still used film. (120 Tri-X 400, Fuji 6x9, developed in Acutol.)
